Our 2026 Annual Reunion and Awards Banquet will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Sacramento, 2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, CA 95815 from 17-19 September, 2026. Reservation Desk:866-994-9478 (Be sure to mention MCEA)
The room rate is $150 per night plus (subject to state/local government) hotel occupancy tax of 16.175% for a total of $174.26 per night. This rate is available from 13-22 Sep 2026.
Parking (currently $12/night) is discounted 50% for us, so $6/night.
Tentative Schedule:
Thu, 17 Sep: 1700-2000 Welcome Reception
Fri, 18 Sep: 0800-1200 Briefs
1200 -1300 Annual Business Meeting
1800-2300 Annual Awards Banquet
Prices for the Reception and the Banquet will be calculated as soon as their 2026 Catering menu is published.
Sightseeing presently “on own” but we will provide information on the various options. Downtown (including Old Town Sacramento and the California State Railroad Museum) is easily accessible by light rail from a station near the hotel that has parking.
